Is it a piece of rumor or something else?
However matters stand, a lot of blogs and sites report the news… common delirium?
In our opinion probably not.
A new secret VoIP functionality has been discovered in the PSP firmware 3.10. The decrypted version of vshmain.prx has an hidden reference to Skype, as shown in this screenshot.
At offset 0x000344C4 we can see a string pointing to skype_plugin.prx
Well, that plugin doesn’t exsist. Is it a joke?
They don’t think so.
This post, indeed, reports that in the past Sony used a similar behaviour for other functionalities, like Camera, GPS..et cetera.
Why don’t trust?
Stay tuned, I’m sure that soon we’ll see good news!
