The latest in a long line of Skype all-in-one gadgets comes from Ortek. The Ortek Skypad SKP-3300 is a dual function device, offering a USB Skype phone with a numeric keyboard.

The Ortek Skypad SKP-3300 features driver free compatibility with Skype. Offering the ability to dial Skype directly to from the device. With Convenient Volume Control Buttons, Elegant slim shape and Numeric Lock Feature, Non-synchronized Num-Lock function, Smart LED Indicators: Num Lock LED, Phone ringer LED, Num Lock, Tab, #, BS, *, /, -, +, Answer/Dial, Hang up, V+,V-, and Dial Pad-12key the Ortek Skypad SKP-3300 is only missing mouse functionality.

Unfortunately, it is not known when this will become available to the public or what the street price is going to be. Although this device is not for everyone (or anyone) it is interesting that the only “innovative” new products seem to be coming out for Skype. Come on vendors, release some new products for someone other then Skype!
