Call Centers Just Got a Whole Lot Cheaper

Sky-click has released a new product called SKIPI, a free service that allows you to add functions to the SKYPE ME buttons used on a website, a blog or in an email signature to help users contact you easily. With SKIPI, you can personalise your button and add a number of SKYPE users, setting up a VOIP call center in a few seconds to direct calls to one or more contacts from your web pages.

Obviously, this program is still in beta release, but this is one application that can not only save your company money, but can also improve your businesses customer experience by extenting easy to implement click-to-call functionality on your website. What SKIPI represents in many respects is the promise of Voice 2.0: easy to use, easy to integrate, low-cost (or free) communications that increases the value of communication. With SKIPI, call centers just got a whole lot cheaper and easier to establish.
