HUD 3 is Very Impressive

I can’t say much about it right now except for the fact that it is very impressive. The Fonality team, lead by CEO/Product Manager/Janitor Chris Lyman have added some incredibly useful elements to HUD. If you are in the market for a piece of software to help your call center or for that matter your company, I suggest you wait a few weeks until it is formerly released. I guarantee you it is worth the wait.
“In the next 3 months we’ll be coming out with the biggest upgrade we’ve ever had of HUD. HUD 3.0 will have a variety of new features, including SMS texting so you can contact people through their SMS. It’s slated to have Bluetooth presence detection so instead of reading mouse and keyboard activity we’re trying to read the Bluetooth phone on your hip to know if you’re within 30 feet of your phone on your desk. HUD 3 will also have Google ( News – Alert) chat integration and we’re starting to federate with other chat clients,” Lyman concluded.
